Policy Brief and Purpose

This policy includes the measures we are actively taking to mitigate the spread of coronavirus. We assure you that we will always treat your private health and personal data with high confidentiality and sensitivity.

This coronavirus (COVID-19) company policy is susceptible to changes with the introduction of additional governmental guidelines. If so, we will update you as soon as possible by email.

As a global organization, we have implemented a number of preventive measures as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and other regulatory bodies, and have communicated these preventive measures to our auditors, trainers and all personnel potentially visiting clients.

As the COVID-19 pandemic spreads, Sysmac is committed to helping our clients minimize the impact to business operations during this pandemic event. Our objective is to ensure our auditors and our clients are able to navigate this rapidly changing environment by remaining innovative, flexible and understanding of the various difficulties as we battle the challenge of COVID-19.


This coronavirus policy applies to all of our employees who physically work in our office(s). We strongly recommend to our remote working personnel to read through this action plan as well, to ensure we collectively and uniformly respond to this challenge.
